College Internship Program – Industrial Construction Most internships observe the work. Ours puts you in it. Grand Industrial offers paid internships for college sophomores through seniors who want hands-on experience in industrial construction, project management, and design support. Interns work alongside experienced project managers, company leaders, and field crews to learn how active projects are planned, coordinated, and completed. You’ll gain practical experience, support project documentation and communication, and see how classroom knowledge applies in the field.
