GRAND TRANSPORT MOVES ROAD BUILDER AND ROAD RULER FROM THE 70’S
Gas Monkey Garage acquired a 1973 Pantera in an old garage in “the middle of nowhere,” Indiana. The car was torn down 20 years ago and never put back together. The road to the barn was overgrown and, of course, covered with 8″ of snow. Gas Monkey needed a company with the resources to recover and haul the vehicle to them in Dallas.
We came in with crates and a gang box to secure all the engine components. Next, we brought in our tracked skid steer to clear the road, and then we put forks on it to go into the garage and carry and load the crates and gang box. We utilized our 15-ton rollback truck to haul the parts and the car to Gas Monkey Garage in Dallas, Texas.
Our 2nd featured load here is a concrete paver. This load required our 60-ton trailer with deck extension. We have 35′ in our well with 110,000 lbs of carrying capacity. This load required our 4-axle set up.
