This year is rapidly ending. Grand Industrial would like to reflect on all the clients that we have partnered with this year from working in both familiar & new facilities. We appreciate the variety of challenges for us to assist with overcoming them. Our people take great pride in the multi-faceted work that we perform, especially in the case of this newsletter that displays some of our capabilities and teamwork.

This picture above was another case for one of those multiple work requests made from one of our food producing clients located in central Indiana needing demolition work completed on a tight time frame. They indicated “We would like to remove some insulated metal panels to help open an area for a future line that we plan to install. There is a door in one wall, and a window in another wall that we would like to save for future re-use. The concrete curbing will need to be removed as well, and can your guys handle patching in the stainless cove molding that is on the face of the curbing?”

Our project manager assured them that this is all within our capabilities as our resolute project team members had been trained on both the installation of these special doors and the insulated metal panels. The separate concrete crew was also proficient in removing the curb and preparing the floor for the required smooth transition. Finally, our welder/fabricator team confirmed that they can handle the stainless cove mold repairs.

The start dates were agreed upon, and Grand Industrial will get this client taken care of inside of their scheduling demand. Please stay tuned for follow-ups to this project.
