Wow! 2025 is really progressing fast! At Grand Industrial we are also moving quickly, heading out to support our clients with their ongoing needs. You will see trucks and all sorts of equipment being transported day or night. These trucks and trailers are hauling forklifts, cranes, skid steers, dumpsters, and a large inventory of equipment to assist in the projects’ needs. Grand Industrial has the equipment to get your job completed on time and within budget even if there is no incorporated design for it and the personnel talent to continually see it through to completion.

From a previous customer inquiry, they were inquiring about the following: “We need a new water softener building and our current building is beginning to deteriorate due to the salt in the air. Is this something that Grand Industrial can help with?

Ever one to not let up on the challenge presented, our construction management team took over, meeting with our client and going over the details of the new building. Itemized proposals were submitted covering all aspects of this project, even offering value engineering in the process to stay within the budget. Throughout this process our team completed all the preliminary contracts with the client and began the work. From start to finish, Grand was on site completing the work and guiding designated subcontractors to help the project stay on the required timeline.

From our efforts we received great feedback from the client’s representative with a few comments given. It is always nice to hear from a happy customer when they express “Your guys are great, and I never had to worry about how the job would look when they were here. They were very professional and always hard at work. Ron & Joe have been great to work with, and the building looks fantastic.
