Welcome to 2025! Grand Industrial is ready to take on the new year and along with it the new challenges that come our way. A customer reached out to us last year in the interests to renovate their restaurant and expressed the following:

“We want to replace the failing floor coatings in the front of our kitchen area, remove some counter space and add some walls. We can’t close the restaurant for a long time, we would like to be open for the Purdue vs Indiana basketball game. Can we make that timeline work?” Grand Industrial’s designated project manager & crew members knew of the challenges and took on the project with confidence. Working closely with the restaurant owners, Grand Industrial’s team went to work removing walls, counters, and the deteriorating floor coatings. The renovation resulted in new walls being built, drywall hung& finished, floor coating installed, FRP panels placed on the kitchen side of the walls, and decorative wood panels placed on the dining side of the walls.

The customer was thrilled and expressed “Your guys killed it! We are going to be open two (2) days sooner than we had planned! We should have had your crew install our kitchen floor coating when we built this place. The new stuff is just incredible, and we are beyond happy with everything.”

Knowing the time schedule & collaborating with our client, Grand Industrial produced a well-thought-out game plan for this project. With a clear understanding of the work scope our personnel were able to sequence all the tasks including staging the equipment, materials, and crafts people needed at different times to complete this project under the requested timeline.
