GRAND INDUSTRIAL COMPLETES STAINLESS STEEL FABRICATION AND FLOOR COATING PROJECT FOR SAFER STAIRWELL IN FOOD PRODUCTION PLANT

The above pictures show the custom stainless steel stair treads we fabricated in our shop. The treads were given a special “SlipNot” coating at a plant in Detroit. The treads were installed and then Grand Industrial installed a slip resistant Urethane floor coating on the landings and lead up areas. This Urethane system is able to stand up to chlorine, high/low temperatures as well as ammonia. We utilized a slip resistant broadcast as well for safety. Grand Industrial prides itself on being able to provide complete solutions for our customers’ needs. We complete as much work as possible with our own forces but have also developed a reliable group of subcontractors to eliminate “dropping the ball” issues for our customers.
