Coming on board in 2016, Andy was our first true professional in business development. Andy worked with our existing clients, and developed new clients through his diverse industrial service background.
Andy has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University and brought over 20 years of business development experience to Grand Industrial. Prior to joining Grand Industrial Andy worked for a large commercial HVAC & Plumbing company. After that he moved to a HVAC & plumbing distribution company where he spent 15 years in business development. Andy has always enjoyed working with contractors and facility managers to keep their systems operating and efficient. Andy keeps focused on understanding the problem and then looking for all the potential solutions.
Andy had stepped out of his business development role for the past two years to build the Grand Industrial Recruiting and Training programs. With those structures in place he is ready to get back into our customer’s facilities to help diagnose issues and coordinate getting the right Grand team members on site to tackle the issues or build more efficient systems.
